We understand that plans change. Here is how cancellations and rescheduling work on Midori.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel your reading for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reading are non-refundable.

You may reschedule your reading up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the reading will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
