    Terms of Service

    Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Midori and the services offered through the platform. By using Midori, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    Using Midori

Midori provides a platform that allows users to book private, one-on-one readings with independent practitioners. Midori itself does not provide guidance, advice, therapy, or medical services.

You agree to use the platform respectfully and in accordance with these terms. This includes treating practitioners with courtesy and professionalism. Midori reserves the right to remove any client who engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward practitioners or other users.

    Disputes

By booking a reading, you agree to direct any disputes through Midori's dispute process rather than pursuing action against individual practitioners directly.

    Nature of Readings

Readings on Midori are conversational and reflective in nature. They are intended to support personal insight and perspective, not to replace professional medical, legal, or mental health care.

Midori does not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or results from any reading.

    Payments

Readings are prepaid at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

    Platform Changes

We may update or modify the platform from time to time. Continued use of Midori after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    Independent Practitioners

Readings on Midori are conducted by independent practitioners who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Midori. By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you are engaging directly with an independent practitioner.

    Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Midori.

    Cancellation Policy

Readings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to Midori's discretionary refund policy.

    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurMidori Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any reading conducted through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reading in question.

    Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
